Have you wanted to buy and sell on eBay but are unsure of how to get started? Well, it’s time to learn! Come to the Palm Springs Public Library for a three-part series that will teach you what you need to know to buy and sell on eBay.
The first class, on Tuesday, July 10th from 2:00—4:00 p.m. will focus on the basics for beginners to eBay. The instructor will take you through the sign-up process, including PayPal, and explain the ins and outs of getting started. You will learn the steps you need to go home and start buying. Plus, see a live demo of buying on eBay.
For the second class in this series, on Tuesday, July 17th from 2:00—4:00 p.m., the instructor will focus on advanced selling techniques. Now that you have the basics down regarding buying, it’s time to clean out those closets and sell those collectibles that you just know someone is looking for! You will learn about pricing strategies, shipping options to consider and the difference between a good and bad listing.
For the third and final class on Tuesday, July 24th from 2:00—4:00 p.m., you will learn the role of photography for selling on eBay. The importance of lighting, background, and editing your images will all be discussed and you will learn helpful tips and tricks for getting that perfect photo for your listing.
So come to one or all three of these informative classes to learn all you need to know to get started buying and selling on eBay. A handout will be provided at the conclusion of each class.
